The price and the location (close to the centre)
It was very hot at night - we couldn't sleep, windows were faced the street - the room was very noisy. The bed was uncomfortable, the rooms were small and not cozy.

We traveled with two young children and our three year old had a great time. Bq was very enjoyable and poolside bar has good for a cold beer and football, short walk to everything. Will be back next year.
Room could do with a bit of maintenance but was still suitable for our needs.

The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
Unfortunately, my apartment felt very outdated and uncomfortable. The fridge door was nearly falling off, made storing food difficult. I was also disappointed that there was no kettle or toaster available, which would have been nice to have .

We liked the attitude od the stuff. After our complaint regarding the apartment they proposed the move to another one. Also, you can reach Caleta de Fuste by bus from the airport (low ticket prices). The swimming pool is available from 9 am to 7 pm. Great value for the money.
Absence of cockroaches which are everywhere throughout Fuerteventura. The swimming pool is available only from 9 am to 7 pm and the sea there is not clean.

Plenty of sun beds, clean, central position, great value for money.
Many apartments open onto the road.A bit noisy at night from the Nelson pub on site, and a bit smelly from the kitchen of the El Capitan Tapas bar when sun bathing on the sun terrace.

This hotel woudl have been lovely if their attention to detail was better. The shower was just a trickle, and don't get me started on the tiny bugs everywhere. I thought a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been appropriate given the inconvenience, but clearly, that was too much to ask. So disappointing, really. Almost a good review, but just couldn't.

having read some poor review,s i was a little concerned, but i haveto be truthfull, i could find little to complain about, yes it was quiet this time of year. the pool is it,s best asset, the apt, i had was overlooking pool bar, music @ nite but finished @ midnite. apts, are abit dated but clean, it does half board but i can,t comment as i dined out, cleaning, towels, bed linen, perfect. it,s also right bang in the middle of everthing, for the amount i paid ihave to say it was a nice suprise, and will return.
. just a couple of snag,s no rettle,or toaster, balcony table/chairs r eally bad, found bed alittle hard ,but i suppose good for your back, other than above have to say give it a try,.

- Excellent value for money! - Close to the beach - Close to Restaurants - Supermarket around the corner - Nice, friendly and helpful staff - Clean rooms - Nice spacy balcony - Frequent towel change
Actually nothing to complain really! But a few suggestions: - Couches are a bit soft, which makes it uncomfortable to sit on it for a long period of time - Could be a bit noisy

Staff very friendly, lord nelson poolbar great, pool area very clean, location excellent,
Previously toaster and kettle were provided However now not supplied and you have to rent them.combine this with rental of fan and safety deposit box bearing in mind you have to leave a deposit on each item this is in danger of making this not a budget option. I have stayed there 3 times but now have to consider that for a little extra money I could upgrade to a better appartment.this is a shame because these appartments were a great budget choice for a cheap week away.
